Air Travel: Where to fly into/out of
The closest airports are West Palm Beach Airport (PBI) and Orlando Airport (MCO).
Check-in
Arrive any time on July 14, 2017 and depart any time on July 19, 2017. Official check-in time is 3 pm. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage and enjoy the resort until your room is available.

Luggage allowances
While there is no luggage limit at the resort, airlines often restrict (or charge) for excess baggage. Because each airline is different, and the regulations change over time, please check with your airline for baggage allowances.
Transfers and Meeting up with Olivia & R Family
Transfers from the airport to the resort are included from West Palm Beach on the first day of the trip (July 14, 2018). We will request your flight information approximately 90 days in advance of the trip to ensure you receive your transfer. Alternatively, you can visit your Olivia/R Family Travel Profile and enter you flight information at any time. The airport is approximately 30–45 minutes from the resort.

MarketPlace
This air-conditioned restaurant offers a family friendly atmosphere offering a range of international dishes, including Asian, Italian, Mexican, and American cuisine, and selection of low-calorie dishes.
Riverside Grill
Located near the main restaurant, the Marketplace, and with a charming view over the Sandpiper Bay river, the Riverside Grill & BBQ serves a selection of local specialties and gourmet dishes (including a lobster menu*), and fine wines*. *extra charge

The rooms have 110-volt electricity.
Excursions
Excursions may include: meeting dolphins, fishing, jet skiing, horseback riding, and shuttles to the local beach. Excursions are an additional charge and can be booked at the resort.

Internet access is available in every room. There is no fee for basic internet access and premium access is available for an additional cost.
