What can we help you with?

Do I have to have kids to come on one of your vacations?

Nope! Our vacations are created with everyone in mind. Kids are welcome but not a requirement. The kids have their very own activities and entertainment planned just for them. Our evening entertainment is created for adults (although kids are welcome to most shows). Many passengers choose R family for the relaxed atmosphere with less emphasis on all-night dance parties.

How do you make a reservation?

To reserve your stateroom, contact the R Family office at 866-732-6822 or 212-703-2486. We require a $1000 deposit at the time of booking and the final balance is due April 1, 2009. After that date, we do require full payment at the time of booking. We’ll pick your exact stateroom with you so that you can stay in the location on the ship that works best for you.

Should I purchase travel insurance?

We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance. We have a plan that was created for us. However, you are welcome to pick any plan and you may want to contact the companies to see what is covered on the various plans that are offered. Travel Insurance is not required but again, recommended.

Will I need a passport to travel?

For sailings that depart from and return to the same U.S. port, you need a valid passport, proof of citizenship and a government-issued photo I.D. or a valid driver's license with a photo, or any other WHTI compliant document. Proof of Citizenship examples include: an original or state certified copy of a U.S. or Canadian birth certificate, certificate of U.S. naturalization, original certificate of U.S. citizenship, or a U.S. Consular report of your birth abroad.

What does the price include?

Cruises are basically all-inclusive. Your cruise price covers accommodations, entertainment, kid’s program (2-17) and food (served 24 hours a day).

What is not included on my cruise?

The following items are not included: spa services, alcoholic beverages and soft drinks, excursions, shop purchases, and air transportation.

How many people do the staterooms hold?

All of the inside and outside staterooms, as well as the mini-suites, can accommodate up to four passengers. These staterooms have a “+” sign next to the number on the deck plans. The balcony staterooms can accommodate up to three passengers. The suites vary depending on the category but you can contact our office for more information.

What do I do if I have special dietary requirements?

Please contact our office prior to sailing and we will inform the ship. The ship will let us know exactly how they will accommodate your special needs.
